While obtaining various permits for our clients, we regularly deal with local Conservation Commissions, Planning Boards, Boards of Health, Building Inspectors, Zoning Boards of Appeal, and Code Enforcement officers as well as many state agencies. Our services include:
- Septic system design for new construction including the use of innovative alternatives when financially advantageous
- Title V septic system inspections
- Design of repairs and upgrades of existing septic systems
- Certified Plot Plans for building permits for additions and new construction
- Property line staking (for new fences, landscaping, etc.)
- Wetland filings for work within 100 feet of a wetland or 200 feet of a perennial stream
