GIS Project - 3D site visualization and building model creation.

For permitting and planning purposes, SBNE created a 3D model of a proposed beachfront residence in Eastham, MA, on Cape Cod Bay. The building model was created to scale in Google SketchUp software using 1" = 10' scale architectural plans as source data. The model was combined with Pictometry imagery to render before and after scenarios from both East and West facing viewing aspects, and imported to Google Earth for interactive 3d visualization.
